By Filmbuff05 (6 reviews) , 03 Feb 2013Hmmmmm, I felt that the overall message this movie was trying to impart was 'stick with your own kind and what is familiar'. Unimpressive simplistic and racially conformed message. I am mixed race and although this movie gives a vignette on living between two cultures, it gives a lopsided viewpoint that marrying into different cultures is ultimately incompatible. The reality of mixed-race romance
