Just awful. I rented this because I like shark movies like 'jaws' and 'Deep Blue Sea'. I even liked 'the reef'. This is just a horrible teen flick with some dodgy cgi sharks and a wafer thin plot.

Please don't waste 90 minutes of your precious movie viewing time with this steaming pile of poo!

  • IT'S REALLY NOT THAT BAD!

I didn't think this was too bad a movie considering some of the dross out there... Shark in Venice, Sharktopus, Megashark vs Mega-whatever etc. And Chris Zylka is ALWAYS very easy on the eye for us ladies! At least the cast could act which is more than I can say for some of the recent shark films. Watched it with my teenage children who gave it the thumbs up too.

  • utter drivel

Don't waste 91 minutes of your time watching this. It is absolute drivel. Sometimes a film can be so bad it is funny but this isn't even one of those. No plot to speak of, very unconvincing sharks and nothing abut their characters to make the viewer care whether the sutdents survivie or not. Avoid

  • If you like monster attack B-Movies its awesome!

First, I am a huge fan of ridiculous B-Movies. Especially when monsters/animals/giant hybrids attack.

I like Piranha 3D (not 3DD that is just to awful even for me!)

I like Giant Shark Vs Octopus.

I like Snakes on a Plane

If you like these films then this is for you.

Sharks attack a bunch of kids on an island.

Yes there are plot holes. Questionable acting. Things that make no sense. But it is a thoroughly enjoyable movie. Some elaborate deaths. An interesting premise for the sharks.

I personally watched it at 4. 20 in the afternoon... This was the perfect time. I would even watch this film again. Give it a go, you might be surprised ^_^

Complete crap with so many mistakes that it's almost a parody. No humour, no character build up and the plot is laughable-except it's really not funny
