Simon Pegg in talks for Tarantino film

British actor Simon Pegg is reportedly in negotiations to take a role in Quentin Tarantino's forthcoming movie Inglorious Bastards. After starring in the cult TV comedy series Spaced, Pegg went on to appear in a string of hit movies, including Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz. Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright, the duo behind sit-com Spaced and hit Brit flicks Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz, have reportedly confirmed plans for their third big-screen outing. A planned remake of the cult television series Spaced will not involve original creator and director Edgar Wright, who has made his feelings about the project clear on his MySpace blog. Wright, who went on to direct Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead after two seasons of the sitcom, responded to reports that The OC crew member McG will recreate Spaced for a US audience.
