LOVEFiLM Review
-
By Tom Charity from LOVEFiLM
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost succeed where others have failed, seamlessly transferring from the little screen to the big. Featuring the cream of UK comedy talent, Shaun of the Dead has become a bonafide British classic.

OH YES!!!

What a film! It's really hard to find a horror/comedy that keeps you laughing all the way through but 'Shaun of the Dead' did just that!
The gags at the beginning were just as good as the ones at the end.... AND YET! still paid homage to the 1978 'Dawn of the Dead' film it was obviously based on.
You must see this film!!!!!- Was this review helpful to you?

(946)Zom-com that only lacks one thing to get a 5-star recommendation
By a customer , 22 Apr 2013That one thing missing is...Mark Heap. He would make a perfect zombie. Hardly needs reiterating, but Shaun Of The Dead gets better every time you come back to it. Pegg & Frost's best buddy movie, a knowing but offbeat take on the zombie spoof. At first I thought it was too down to earth to be cinema worthy, but the utter lack of gloss quickly becomes winning and a cause for celebration. Great stuff.- Was this review helpful to you?

Shaun of the zzzzzzzz
By TheKitchenSlave (20 reviews) , 16 Feb 2013Good, but not as funny as Hot Fuzz or Run Fat Boy Run or the excellent Paul, with some of the characters becoming annoying by the end of the film.- Was this review helpful to you?

Brilliant, watch it
By Vodka (15 reviews) from Liverpool , 07 May 2012I'm normally a pure horror viewer, but this film is the best ever, oh so British. I've just watched dead heads and that's not a bad American version...- Was this review helpful to you?
