Adolescent Angst

She Monkeys is a Swedish indie flick where two hormonally charged adolescent girls, Casandra and Emma, attempt to navigate the psychological minefield of those rather conflicting and difficult years, just prior to womanhood. This film is a rather unpredictable drama and is both beautifully shot and also very well acted. I thought that the rather rushed ending, however, was a bit of a disappionting anticlimax.- Was this review helpful to you?
