Interesting and good music!

I wasn't sure what I was expecting with this DVD, but the music was good and the overall feel was very powerful. The performances were heartfelt and some of the music was just amazing. It was however, a bit short, there were a lot of 'A list' celebrities who had a 2nd or two to talk about Katrina. but mostly it was just a few music performances and didn't really work very well as it is basically a copy of a live telethon. I did like it and it made me look up some new music, but I was expecting more performances and chatting to the celebrities involved and a bit more in depth information about the cause. The monologues where rammed down your throat a bit. Overall it was a nice DVD but I wouldn't watch it again.- Was this review helpful to you?
