Superb Portrayal of Sherlock Holmes

Jeromy Brett plays superbly the character of Sherlock Holmes. His genuis is portrayed to the full. Reality is shown by his sometimes over dramatic actions typical of a person who uses drugs showing the darker side of Sherlock Holmes. Dr. Watson is not portrayed as a kind of wimp as he is sometimes is but an excellent man of action and the bond between these two men is excellently shown.- Was this review helpful to you?
