I LIKED IT BECAUSE IT DREW YOU IN, GOT YOU THINKING AND MADE YOU WANT TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE.

I was ominous, but by George I couldn't help but LOVE it!

And the second series, if possible, is better! Fantastic acting and great comedy moments. I have a new found soft spot for Benedict Cumberbatch who portrays a young Sherlock Holmes outstandingly! The script is fantastic and I'm very impressed with the adaptation from Victorian England to the present day. I can't rate it high enough! And if you have reservations like I did, give it a try! Love this programme....

I love the potrayal of Sherlock by Benedict Cumberbatch and his quirkiness, teamed with the very straight laced (but still commerical in his own right) Dr Watson, Martin Freeman!
Storylines are always fascinating with little side stories happening in the back ground,
