From Robert Rodriguez (Spy Kids), a comic book style puke-and-bogeys story, staring a geeky William H Macy, and a fat James Spader (what happened to him since Stargate?!). Called 'Shorts' for the way the film is split into a series of short chapters, its full of kids-level imagination, good enough CGI, and decently cast child actrors. Also look out for the staring contest kids... Recommended, if only to keep 6-9 year olds occupied for an hour or two.
