This film is a trite attempt at using the dead poets society formula, where Travolta is a music teacher who goes to work at a boys home and inspires the students through rock and roll rather than poetry. The romance between the home's resident bad boy and the strict headmaster's daughter is less impressive than the undeveloped relationhip between Travolta and the same bad boy. Despite all of that it is still a thoroughly enjoyable film, and watching Travolta is always a treat.
An enjoyable film.
Worth watching on a rainy afternoon.
As usual John T. plays a good part.
