  Puss In Boots has dug its claws into the top spot on the U.S. box office chart to celebrate a second week at number one. The animated Shrek spin-off, featuring the voices of Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek, earned £20.63 million to shut out Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy's new comedy Tower Heist, which garnered £15.7 million.   Funnyman Will Ferrell has been named Hollywood's Most Overpaid Star for the second year running. The Elf actor's slew of box office bombs earned a paltry £2.23 for every £0.67 the star pocketed, according to figures compiled by Forbes magazine. When he topped the annual list last year (09), Ferrell was pulling in just £2 per dollar he took home.   Cameron Diaz is so upset the Shrek movies are ending, she wants to start a campaign to continue the franchise.
