i've read the book by denise le hane (also wrote mystic river) and it was brilliant - can't wait to see this!

I have never seen such a load of rubbish as this film was you had to carry on watching to see how it ending which was not a very good ending to a film anyway

Fan letter won Rufffalo role in Shutter Island

Mark Ruffalo landed a role in Martin Scorsese's new thriller Shutter Island after sending the director a fan letter. Ruffalo and Leonardo DiCaprio play U.S. Marshals hunting an escaped murderer in the new movie, which has topped the U.S. box office chart with opening weekend (19-21Feb10) takings of £25.1 million.
