Harry Hamlin and Jack Scalia must surely regret signing up for this. A new fire chief moves into town, catches the eye of a local lady and winds up both the mayor and a slimy real estate developer (is there any other kind in films?). Add a generous helping of mutant snakes and you've got a very cliched creature feature. No scares and you can predict the plot a mile off. If you like this genre, better to rent Piranha or Eight Legged Freaks instead.
