    brilliant......

I like all the seasons of The Simpsons, but season 9 is one of the best. it has the episodes where Homer's car gets impounded by the world trade centre and the one where he climbs the mountain with the help of power sauce bars.

all the episodes are enjoyable and still cleverly written and funny.

    well worth renting out.

    As funny as always

No matter how much I see the Simpsons, I still can't get enough, this is like all the others, with great jokes for all ages, Homer is as good and stupid as he always is, but this season isn't a touch on Season 6, which is by far my favorite.

If your just getting into The Simpsons, which I can't imagine anyone is, then start with Season 6 and then get the others afterwards.

Proabably the last great Series of the Simpsons.

You can tell by the last few episodes of this series that we're entering 'the wacky years' where the Simpsons began it's steady decline from being the best programme on television (it's true- for a few years there at least) to 'just another show'.

But there's some classic's here: The Cartridge Family (Homer gets a gun), Das Bus (the kids get stranded on an island and Homer starts an Internet business) and the Trash Episode (which I personally wish they'd eneded the show on) to name but a few.
