Simpsons, The - The Simpson's Film Festival

This SIMPSONS collection features four movie-related episodes. In "Beyond Blunderdome," Homer ruins a Mel Gibson film--and possibly the actor's career. "Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie" has Bart and Homer clashing over permission to see the gory animated mammals in their big screen debut. "22 Short Films about Springfield" is exactly that, a witty look at the various residents of the Simpsons' hometown. Finally, "A Star Is Burns" pits a surprisingly soulful short film by Barney Gumble against a vanity production funded by the ruthless C. Montgomery Burns in the Springfield Film Festival.

    Lots of Simpsons Fun

Not many surprises but lots of laughs, there's plenty of Bart, Homer and the gang to keep everyone happy. The DVD seems to contain loads of episodes so if you've already seen one it's no great problem. Fun viewing.
