Happy SinghBy NinjaT (7 reviews) , 15 Aug 2012I enjoyed watching this movie and found it to be quite funny. I found Akshay Kumar and Om Puri entertaining to watch.
nothing to write home about!By a customer , 06 Jan 2012this is really funny actually for a bollywood movie. It was not as good as the hype suggested but ok to watch.
Too much of the sameBy Pritt30 (38 reviews) from Stockton on Tees , 05 Mar 2011Singh is King shows Bollywood becoming short of inspiring ideas in film-making. Akshay kumar is a renowned actor in the industry for comical and heroic roles, but this movie fails miserably. Katrina Kaif is stunningly attractive but means nothing for me in context of the movie. The plot is thin and lacks depth, as it is all action, dance and same comedy material. There is not much of story in the movie at all. The movie is third rate Bollywood and the industry needs to stop wasting big stars like Akshay on pointless films like this one. I am not impressed at all.
Enjoyable and funBy dumbolives (269 reviews) from Shetland , 12 Oct 2010This film was full of funny characters, bright scenery, dodgy action and sillyness. The whole thing came together to produce a very humourous, interesting and loveable film. This is definately a favourite for me. Its not exactly a genius story but the actors and characters make it a must see.
Singh is KinngBy a customer from UK , 10 Feb 2010Comedy set mainly in Australia, which relies heavily on the comic talents of the likeable Akshay Kumar. Weak script doesnt make best use of excellent supporting cast. Katrina Kaif looks decorative, but her acting and dancing are lame not to mention her Hindi! The film didnt live up to the hype, but still quite enjoyable.
