    touched my heart! xxxx

I saw this movie in the cinema and i came out feeling a sense of warmth inside! I was expecting it to be just another teen movie which I expect other people would be thinking when seeing the adverts on telly etc. but it really wasnt what I expected it was a beautifully written story about four friends on four different journeys but they all end up finding themselves by the end of the summer. It is a very moving story and it certainly had me and my 13 year old daughter sobbing throughout the film! I would definately recomend this to anyone who enjoys a good girlie tearjerker!

The Sisterhood of The Travelling Pants.

I didn't really know what to expect, but this turned out to be a great wee film, very good storyline of 4 lifelong friends who part for the summer & each of their stories that go along with their parting.

A great girly film, my 11 yrs old loved it too, a very clean all round good entertaining & sometimes sad film.

    an absolute masterpiece!!!!

i absolutely LOVED this film!!!!!!!!!! I have never cried so much since my great-grans funeral - seriously but they were happy tears, this is a great story of four girls and their lives and most importantly their first summer apart, the film shows you their different experiences with life, death, Boys, love and just accepting people and seeing their inner greatness. This is a film of a book by Ann Brashares and guess what??? - ther's a sequel! i just hope to god they make the sequel into a film the girls really make you want to have as great freinds as they do i deeply recomend you watch this film if you want to let out some emotion and if you dont cry at this film one bit - your dead inside

    peace out xxxxxxx

    A Let down

If you've read the book before watching the film, then the film is a complete let down.

    Not what I was expecting

This film surprised me I was expecting an easy watching light hearted teen flick.

Which is not what this is at all, it was surprisingly deep, emotional and a pleasure to watch. It follows a group of girls as they spend the summer apart. For all of us that have grown up and left amazing friends behind it was definatly a story close to home.

Without spoiling it you are in for a great ride it's happy, sad (I cried my eyes out)and funny. It reminds you of your childhood but leaves you with hope for the future. Plus there are a few fit blokes in it too.

    Great film watch it.

    Girlie Movie

This is a nice girlie movie. I watched it with my 10 year old daughter who thought it was great. If I am to be honest I quite enjoyed it as well. This film made for a pleasant father/daughter bonding evening. Be careful, you may shed a tear!

    not just for teenagers!

i remember reading the reviews of this film and thinking it looked sweet then completely forgot about it until i went to the video shop...i picked it up and thought hey..i wanted to see this then read that it was about teenage girls but thought id get it anyway...and i'm glad i did. Is about 4 friends, bridget, carmen, lena and bitty and u'll probably be able to identify with one of them if not with each of their experiences. Personally my fave girl was Carmen who has an outburst at her dad's new family... This is genuinly heart warming and although if u're like me u'll cry buckets (especially when carmen calls her dad) but you will feel uplifted and thankful for having seen it...

Not for guys - any guys!

    Not for guys !

Don't torture your man with watching this one - if you're a guy that likes watching teenage girls tittle tattle and gossip about nothing much, then go ahead and watch.

Over dramatised, basic story line, predictable - making a mental note to run a mile when this film is ever mentioned to me again!

    Sorry.

Best part of the film was me trying to figure out where I have seen one of the girls before.... thankfully that took me a while so I was able to sit through much of the film !!!

    Loved it!!!

    Fantastic feel good film.

Great for teenage girls - and any women who still feel like they are in their teens!

(The males watching it thought it was cheesy)

It's got happy bits and sad bits!
