Six Feet Under- TV HeavenBy balearicbayes (23 reviews) from Denny , 16 Nov 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]I have just finished one big marathon viewing of the whole series and for me it is the best acted, best scripted tv programme bar none!!! There's not many shows that can make you laugh and cry in the same episode or have you on the edge of your seat in anticipation. That is the beauty of Six Feet Under. The last season was a joy to watch and by the end i was crying like a baby, it was so heartbreaking!!.
The final montage of all the characters fates was so moving to watch but also reassuring to know they all lived full, meaningful lives whilst their loved ones were looking over them. Truly awe- inspiring television and it will be sorely missed. I feel bereaved as i'm sure thousands of other people do?!

Part of a familyBy zatregit (6 reviews) , 19 Nov 2013Great series. I enjoyed being part of the Fisher family for a while. Will miss them. All good things come to an end.
So glad I gave it a goBy ArtyJaykay (1 review) , 24 Aug 2013Six Feet Under (season 1) sat on my rental list at medium priority for months- I really wasn't sure I wanted to watch a series centred around a funeral home and death. Five seasons later and at the closing of the final episode I can honestly say that, on one hand I feel a kind of bereavement at not being able to be part of the Fisher household anymore, but on the other I feel fulfilment at the perfect ending to a wonderful series. If you are uncertain about watching this series, I really would say give it a go, but start from the very beginning, don't miss any out. It truly is moving, emotional, funny, riveting TV at its best. The final episode was so fitting, but have a tissue at the ready- you will definitely need it! This has got to be one of the best TV series ever (along side Breaking Bad of course!)
Brilliant Brilliant BrilliantBy a customer , 20 Jan 2013absolutely brilliant. Great acting - you feel like the Fishers are a part of your family! I will miss them - but will buy the box set!
It doesn't get much better than thisBy a customer , 10 Dec 2011Television at its very best - fantastic characterisation, wonderful acting - the perfect end to a perfect television experience. Start at the beginning though - series 5 is the culmination of an epic family saga.
UNMISSABLE SERIES!By a customer , 17 Jul 2011A brilliant series from start to finish. Funny, dark, poignant, every emotion thinkable. A very clever ending. Sad to see it end though!
