This is where it all went wrong...By Allan McPhail , 29 Mar 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]This is the Sliders season where things started to go wrong. Each episode has unanswered questions - the team take others with them and then nothing else is heard about that character. There are many plot holes and the struggles to keep the momentum going are very apparent. The storylines change somewhat - alternate world scenarios are no longer the norm and instead the writers have attempted to produce an ongoing adventure, but they fail miserably. I would suggest only watch this season if you are an avid fan (in which case you know what I am talking about), avoid if you're just browsing.

Sliders.By anitaj (7 reviews) from cambridgeshire , 03 Sep 2009This is the sort of fantasy adventure for younger viewers, there is nothing that can offend it is very American and along the lines of our first taste of Dr.Who in England.
It is a good watch, plenty of storylines that change each week, similar to other american series that did time warps, but a good view for not only your children you can enjoy the adventures yourself too. Good family viewing.......
Sliders Season 3By Hopefullyhelpful (1 review) from Holt, Norfolk , 06 May 2009If you have taken on board the ideas and the fantasy from the previous seasons and enjoyed it, you will not be disappointed with this outing. Much of the same as last time and a little like marmite, you love it or hate it.
sliders season 3By a customer from DAVENTRY , 30 Oct 2008I like season 3 of sliders but i was dissapointed at the end as the prophesser was killed near the end of season 3 and I did not see it as it was not put on to disc as it was a 2 part episod and \I would have liked to have seen how the proffeser died.

SlidersBy a customer from London , 06 Dec 2007Seasons 1 & 2 were good. An interesting idea this alternate reality thing even though it has been done before and again. The first 2 seasons were reasonably well made for the time and had good storylines.
By the time it got to season 3, it really had lost its way. Infact on one of the disks I only bothered to watch the last episode out of four, did not bother with the other 3. It just did not know where it was going or what it was saying. Some of the episodes were like cheap daytime channel 5 movies aimed at housewives. They tried to give it soem emotional depth, 'tried' being the appropriate word, I should add that they failed misably. One makes you wonder who on earth the writters were and what they were doing on a Sci-Fi series.
Sci-fi is not all about science and some shows like stargate and Star Trek have run for years and years because the themes they deal with are themes that are part of humanity. This final series just did not develop for my tastes. I just want to know what happened in the end and then that is it.
I am glad it did not continue.
