When I first started watching this I was a little disappointed but the further you get through the better it gets. They are one of the best live metal bands and it comes across on the DVD.
This tour was after the second album, Iowa (probably the band's weakest album), so features mainly songs from that. Nonetheless, they put 100% into this show with plenty of stage 'stunts' and pyrotechnics.
If you're not a Slipknot fan I doubt this would appeal to you but if you enjoyed either of the first albums you'll rock your socks off to this!
If you are a fan of Slipknot, with their masks and extreme metal, then this is a great chance to see them live. The DVD is based on songs from their first 2 albums, and is pretty good overall, though some sections do drag. Given that Slipknot don't come to the UK too often I would recommend this DVD to fans who are yet to see them
