Addictive fun
I expected this to be rubbish, lets face it how much more of superman can you do.
Well this has an alternative edge, based entireley on Clarke kent as a young man at high school, Lex Luther his best friend no Lois Lane and all the problems that you could not imagine being at school with superhuman powers. It does get a little predictable after a few episodes but is still very entertaining and well put together. the special effects are more than you would expect from a TV series, more what you would see from a major film.
All in all I look forward to the next series, well worth a look. -

An exciting series!!
The complete first season of a young Clark Kent's struggles to find his place in the world as he learns to harness his alien powers for good and deals with the typical troubles of teenage life in Smallville, USA.
The script & special effects in this show are all first rate and the actors have all been chosen with 100% accuracy!
Tom Welling is brilliant as a young Clark Kent and Michael Rosenbaum is captivating as Lex! As well as the beautiful Kirsten Kreuk as Lana Lang.
So my advice is, Superman fan or not, you would be silly to miss out on such a class bit of television, do yourself a favour and
watch it!
