Disney's first feature cartoon was a mammoth enterprise which no one in the business thought would work. The romantic leads were wishy-washy but the splendid songs and the marvellous comic and villainous characters turned the film into a worldwide box-off

THE FIRST AND FAIRIEST OF THEM ALL!

I love all the Disney films { apart from ' Who Framed Roger Rabbit'} but this is my favourite Disney flick. it's the first and indeed fairest of them all. it has lovely old fashioned Animation, wondrous songs, and heart warming moments. when The Queen becomes an old hag it's really scary! i was very scared when i first saw this when i was a kid. it also has the moving fact of being the first Video i ever saw. i haven't seen the DVD but i am told the Special features are a must! i just love the story based on the Brothers Grimm classic { but the Poison Apple scenario ends there - thank goodness!} this film is beautiful, exciting, magical and humurous. Snow White is forced by a huntsman to run into the woods and never come back or The Queen will kill her! she is then adopted into the cottage household of the Seven Dwarfs and befriends all the forest animals. loved this movie as a little boy and still love it as a teenager-i hope i never stop loving it!
