Inspired by real events, this warmhearted adventure for the whole family follows 10-year-old Billy and his misfit friends on a winter quest to set a Guinness World Record. When a discovery in the snow catapults the small-town boys into the spotlight, they become instant celebrities. But when their star fades, Billy is convinced that he needs to be famous for something, so he enlists his friends in a scheme to set a Guinness World Record ensuring their names will never be forgotten. But what record to break…? Through a comedic series of stunts that eventually threaten their very lives, the boys conquer schoolyard bullies, unite their community, and discover that while fame may be fleeting, true friendship lasts forever.

A surprisingly excellent film for its genre

After watching this out of passing curiousity, I was amazingly surprised at how good it was. When the plot gets going after the initial character introductions, this definitely delivers all of the right emotions for an all round good film - laughter, tears, excitement and some surprise twists an turns. Although there are some sad elements, I think it is safe to say that it is an all round 'feel good' film. I honestly don't know how it could have been any better.

we loved it my 5 said it brilliant. was happy and sad too. I would watch again I have 3 kids 5-16 who all she it was good .

My son says this film was brilliant, he wants to watch it again before it gets sent back and it was quite a sad film
