From Garth Jennings, the director of The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy comes Son Of Rambow a comedy about friendship, faith and the bizarre business of growing up! Will, (Bill Milner) who isn't allowed to watch TV or go to the movies, expresses himself through his drawings and illustrations until he finds himself caught up in the extraordinary world of Lee Carter (Will Poulter), the school terror and crafter of bizarre home movies.

Carter exposes Will to a pirated copy of the first Rambo film, First Blood, which blows his mind wide open. Against his family's orders, his imaginative little brain begins to flower in the world of filmmaking. Will and Lee become popular at school through their films, but when a French exchange student, Didier Revol, arrives on the scene, their unique friendship and precious film are pushed to the breaking point. Will, (Bill Milner) who isn't allowed to watch TV or go to the movies, expresses himself through his drawings and illustrations until he finds himself caught up in the extraordinary world of Lee Carter (Will Poulter), the school terror and crafter of bizarre home movies.     WHY!

    I dont see why anyone could release this film. its full of babies that cannot speak properly and it just makes me feel sick when they try and act.

    Also you cannot try and make a film called SON OF RAMBO.....w, with a 'w' because its just insulting to the REAL rambo films.

    Back in the day

    A brilliant film that took me back to my youth, when would would stay out all day, and not come home till dark, when there were no x-box or playstation, and all you had was your imagination.Top acting from the two young lads, and a very touching moment at the end when he was covered in oil. Loved the TR7 car, and the massive phone his older brother had, and the retro sports wear.Top marks, everyone over thirty should watch it, and then give there school friends a ring...
