Spirited Warrior

A group of travellers are trekking through the exotic forests of Thailand when from out of nowhere comes a martial arts maniac who hacks up most of the party with a multitude of deadly weapons and savage martial techniques. The mad man is the Spirited Killer, a forest dweller who will kill all those who enter his domain.

Leading those who survive this vicious attack is Tony Jaa, making his film debut, taking on the might of Thai action star and mentor Panna Rittikrai as the Spirited Killer. The action stakes the action stars and stunt teams give Jackie Chan and Jet Li a run for their money. Tony Jaa's photo shouldn't be on the DVD box!

I bought this DVD after seeing Ong Bak and Warrior King... don't copy my mistake!

Tony Jaa is hardly in this film, it's a similar situation to Jackie Chan's 'Rumble In Hong Kong' where Jackie has a small part and the film is fairly poor!

Tony Jaa gets one decent fight scene with the main aggressor but then runs off. When his character returns... HE IS PLAYED BY A DIFFERENT ACTOR! So not only is this film not a Tony Jaa vehicle as the DVD box would suggest, but he doesn't even last the whole film before being replaced!!

Personally, I'd give this one a miss unless you are a HUGE fan.
