    MI5 - not 9 to 5

    If you have not seen this top class British production yet, put it on your list now. While it doen't have the gloss of a US show such as 24, it more than makes up for it with strong topical storylines and gutsy script. Measured perfomances ensure that the show stays believable.

    It takes guts for a show with so many good performers to kill one of its star names off mid series, but Spooks does this and justifies every second.

    There is not a week episode of this show, and you will be gripped by the final images ensuring that you place and advance order for the second series.

    Worth the fee

    When they discuss the worth of the license fee then this series should be brought as witness for the defence. Excellent script, acting and direction. Sometimes it may appear that the spooks are always on the side of the angels and never on the dark side but no matter, the forces of confusion are never far away. Only small moan is that there are only two episodes of the disc.
