8 out of 10 coma patients described this as 'pathetic'By Jcamp (29 reviews) from Canterbury , 02 Feb 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]A woman decides to overcome her writer's block by staying in a creepy, old house, in the middle of nowhere, with only a part time housekeeper (dressed like a reject from Downton Abbey), and a gardner for company.
Cliched, stereotypical and predictable, are just a few of words suitable for this risible film. Still, there are two plus points:
1. It's short,
2. You only require a pulse and a functioning brain cell(optional), to work out the plot in the first fifteen minutes.

TRUELY AWFULBy Fannyblot (103 reviews) from Holmfirth England , 27 May 2012This film is awful. Pooriy acted, poorly scriped and definitely poorly directed. Martin Kemp should not give up the day job if this film is anything to go by. Don't waste your time.
yawn yawnBy marty3 (11 reviews) , 05 May 2012another disapointing film, 2 in one evening , shame as the write up was good . boring is an understatement
British boreBy Alison31 (72 reviews) from Eastleigh , 04 May 2012I had this DVD at home for about 3 weeks, unfortunatly not because it was so fabulous I had to keep watching it, but because of the numerous attempts it took to get through it. I think I managed about 45 minutes in the end.
The acting was absolutly dire, hammed up, and overacted and thouroughly annoying. It was this that ruined it for me, as with the right cast and decent portrayl of characters, it could have been an ok watch.
Not recommendedBy a customer , 29 Apr 2012I seriously considered switching off the disc half way through. Not great... Pretty uninspired... Better things to do with your time...
Find the positive?By TheWatchman (745 reviews) from Suburbia , 27 Apr 2012Stalker is a film about a writer yes, another one everyone in films seems to be a writer. And they move to a big house yes, another one to overcome their writers block and end up in a tricky situation yes, another one.
There really isnt much to say about Stalker, only that the main enjoyment and debate you can get out of it is if you really try to find something positive to say about it. The actors look bored. The characters are unlikeable stereotypes. What little plot there is you can probably guess by about half an hour. And you wont really care what happens to anyone.
However, perhaps the only positive is that its short. You can get it over with pretty quickly assuming youve lasted until the end.
