A TRUE FAN WOULD KNOW
Rising (Part 1): The discovery of an amazing city left behind by the Ancients in the most unlikely of places, leads a new Stargate team to the distant Pegasus galaxy. Once there, the new team encounters a planet of primitive humans being decimated by a terrible alien race - the Wraith.
Rising (Part 2): Sheppard tries to convince Weir to mount a rescue mission to free Colonel Sumner, Teyla and the others captured by the Wraith. Meanwhile, Sumner faces the Wraith themselves.
Hide And Seek (Part 3):An alien intruder has found it's way into the city, threatening the security of the base. Dr McKay's experiments with alien technology lands him in trouble.
Thirty Eight Minutes (Part 4): The Atlantis team's 'puddle jumper' becomes trapped in the Stargate.

You will be hooked
If you are thinking of giving Stargate Atlantis a go and you are not sure if its worth the time or as a good as SG-1 then let me tell you it is brilliant. As a huge SG-1 fan I was sceptical about Atlantis and left it alone for over two years. Then I decided to give a go and havent looked back. Great stories, great acting and the Wraith are quite simply brilliant baddies. Rodney McKay (David Hewlett) is one of the best characters of ANY sci-fi show. Give this disc a try and be prepared to put the others in your rental list.
