Season 4 is possibly the best season of Stargate Atlantis, the actors are comfortable in the roles and the variety and shape of the episodes is good, and the introduction of Amanda Tapping and carter is a welcome one.
Michael and the hybrid storyline is excellent, and there are some stand out shows.
My only critcism is we don't get the time to get used to Carter, and also the fact that Teyla is somewhat marginalised is a hindrance, however Jewel Staite is an excellent addition, and brings the same deftness and warmth to this show as she did in The very excellent Firefly.- Was this review helpful to you?
