The entire third season of the coolest cop show on television during the Seventies (which one did you like, Starsky or Hutch?). Streetwise undercover cops Dave Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser in that cardigan) and Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson (David Soul, the blond one) cruise the streets in a red and white Gran Turino, calling in favours from their street snitch Huggy Bear (Antonio Fargas, the coolest of the cool), and directed by their boss Captain Dobey (Bernie Hamilton). Not bad a season could do better

Being quite a keen fan of the boys I did find that this 3rd season was on the bit heavy side. That is to say a lot of the story lines were trying to tackle the political themes of the time, which in my opinion has taken the lighter side of the show out for a gentle stroll around the park. In fact it seemed to hinder a lot of the actors struggling with poor scripts. But if you a fan you still are going to watch this season although its not as good as the first 2.
