    Not worth the wait... :(

I'd actually waited about 10 years to see this film, having not being able to get hold of it, and unfortunately I have to say it was a HUGE disappointment, not remotely scary and only one decent display of acting!

Also a little note, some people have been reviewing that they only see half the movie, there's no indication anywhere on the disc but you have to turn it over for the other half :)

    Very creepy

I grew up on horror films but this one scared the SH** out of me and ironically it is very low on gore, which is indicative of a truly frightening horror film. I could watch this film many many times over and still engage with the characters because it works on such epic proportions (pretty much like King's books which is a thousand and odd pages) in terms of time. Its very rare to see a film that does a book or a literary idea/concept justice. Watch and youll be exhausted but drawn in. youll enjoy it loads. A horror film that will stand the test of time.
