[Highly rated reviewer]'stomp the yard homecoming' is not as good as 'stomp the yard' the dancers in homecoming are not as good as in the dancers in the first one the seam to lack a bit of flair.
I think this film had a better storyline than the first in the first film the storyline gets caught up with the love afiar and runs away a bit although the homecoming did have a love afiar as well nut its kept in more control
the dancers in homecoming are no were near at the quality of the first by were acting is concerned they may be dancers but still need to act because they are in a film and this is a good film but the acting does let it down a touch but still good and the soundtrack to this film is amazing and goes extremely well with the film.
the film is good but not great I do like it alot but many people can say the same the music makes up for the bad acting but that's the only wrong with this film.

-_- zzZZzBy a customer , 22 Aug 2012Yawn. Got to 15 minutes. And I have watched pretty bad movies to the end. Guess it could be someone's cup of tea, but definitely not mine. And I am a big fan of dance movies.

i never say dont watch a film but...By Kaci007 (4 reviews) , 20 Apr 2012I didnt get through the entire film or even past the first half. I tried to watch it with an open mind and not expect too much of it as the first film was amazing. So I tried to watch it as if it was a film all to itself (which as it doesnt really carry on from the last it kind of is). But it just didnt hold my attention. The dancing wasnt that good and the soundtrack wasnt either. It didnt keep my interest and in general I have seen better street dance / dance films better than this.
I never say dont watch a film because everyone is different and someone will enjoy this. I'm just not one of them at all.
The first Stomp the yard however, is and always will be a fantastic dance film.
Unfortunate drivvle!By AndyTuT (35 reviews) from Cheltenham , 24 Nov 2011Enjoyed the first 'Stomp the Yard' instalment, this one, absolute tripe! Can no-one think of an imaginative story line anymore. It's just same old same old, lots of gaps, lots of very inconspicuous plots and to be honest not the greastest Stepping, it's more of a group hip hop dance then step. But hey ho, only 90minutes of my life that i cant get back!
