Submarine 707R

SUBMARINE 707R captures the adventures of the Peace Keeping Navy (PKN) a diverse, all-ages group of representatives of the world's nations. The PKN travels the ocean by submarine seeking out underwater villains and foiling their dastardly plans. A terrorist group, lead by the power-hungry Admiral Red, attacks the PKN in an effort to carry out a plot for world domination. Lifelike, three-dimensional submarines and dark underwater imagery offer a pleasing contrast to typically cheery animated characters.

  Where's the end
  
  The film is actually episodes 1 & 2 with the second episode ending to be continued, episodes 3 on do not seem to exist. What there was was very good.
