Former Spice Girls star Emma Bunton was considered for the role of Lois Lane in 2006 blockbuster Superman Returns - but lost out on the part to Kate Bosworth. Double Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey will reprise his role as megalomaniac Lex Luthor in the forthcoming Superman sequel, it emerged this week.
