Its hard to believe its 30yrs since i first saw this film in my local cinema,At a time sadly when the cinema was dying a death in society.This film blew me away in 1980 and 30yrs later watching it in blu-ray for the first time, has helped me capture the wonder and splendor of the 80s when family films were all about entertainment,and this film was one of them,this film at its time was so captivating that you actually believed you could fly.if you have never seen this film before,i recommend you watch it in blu-ray its fresh, clear and has a soundtrack that captures the atmosphere perfectly,the late and wonderful Christopher Reeves gives us a hero to believe in through his performance alone and the supporting cast gives the film its master touches.when you,ve watched the film,watch it again and listen to Richard Donner s commentary its funny and sincere to a cast & crew he admired and respected,listen either buy or rent this film you will not be disappointed,thanks.
