(5)The Preternatural Supernatural
By Otter379 (55 reviews) , 19 May 2013Enjoyable series, were the Winchester Boys embark on a road trip to find there father and destroy all manner of evil supernatural beings en route. They argue, they swagger, they drive a big black Chevy Impala. It's good clean fun; not too heavy or irksome. Reminds me of the earlier X files when they investigated the supernatural and not just aliens (yawn). Good soundtrack too.- Was this review helpful to you?

Mediocre teen garbage

So glad I gave it a chance!
By TinaBee (3 reviews) , 30 Nov 2011I started watching this not expecting much - missed the series on TV and fed up with quiz shows so thought I would give it a try. It's now become a favourite - not least for its fantastic soundtrack (please don't tell me it isn't in later seasons!), great characters in Sam and Dean with their sibling squabbles adds a certain naturalness to the supernaturalness, and watching the brothers' relationship change over the first season and into the second has been a nice touch too. And it does what it says on the tin - it makes me jump but there is still plenty of funny quirky humour to keep me entertained.- Was this review helpful to you?
