Dated... but did the job.

Being an amateur bodybuilder I was keen on getting my hands on a bodybuilding dvd. And who better to front the video than the man himself...Arnie. Unfortunately it didn't feature a lot of him, but it focused on other top stars from a range of era's. It did bring to my attention some names I had never heard of. I've been training for around 4-5years so familiar names to me are of course the likes of Ronnie Coleman, Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone and others. However, overall I did enjoy this dvd, but if your an advanced dvd bodybuilding watcher you probably wont appreciate it that much- Was this review helpful to you?
