This movie is your run of the mill, futuristic type.Nothing new.And absolutely forgetful. Not a bad watch if you have time to kill and nothing to do.
Wanna know what it's about:Willis is out and about trying to save humanity from itself, but resolving the problem that humans are now living their lives through roboty things called surrogates.
This movie is by no means offensive but it is impossible to defend it's existence on any single level.The one and only thing it has going for it is an ageing, world weary Bruce Willis in full default mode.The story (such as it is) is the usual near future,high tec,man versus technology conflict resolution schtick.Ideas,some good but mostly bad come and go,none are given enough screen time to develop,just like the pathetic excuses for characters that populate this generic future world.Mercifully short at just over eighty minutes,anyone who has either seen or read the 'Wizard of Oz' will have worked out who the
big,bad, corporate wolf turns out to be during the first five minutes.
