Not as good as the original
I was quietly impressed by this series, but I think that may be because I had such low expectations for it, let's face it, remakes are rarely good, remakes of TV shows even less so.
It doesn't really focus on the actual downfall of civilisation (although more so than the original), one moments there's a nasty flu going around the next everyone's dead. And all the characters seem to take the events in their stride, perhaps because there isn't enough time to preform proper character developments.
The main character, the mother, has been changed from upperclass to middle, and I find her a lot more irritating than in the original...all she does is preach and whine...civilisation is no more, you don't have time for morals! -

great drama
Really enjoyed this drama altho now having watched all 6 episodes i am hoping there will be more episodes to conclude the outcome.
