Not just for bikersBy a customer , 11 Apr 2011
[Highly rated reviewer]I'm no biker but went along to a free screening of this yesterday. The verdict is this movie is so good I'll happily pay to go and see it again.
As a standard 2D film it would be absorbing but the 3D element really draws you into the thrills, spills, highs, desperate lows and utter passion of the TT races. This isn't just about bikes racing at quite literally breakneck speeds it's about all the people involved from the riders themselves, their families, the mechanics, and the officials to the fans who come from across the world.
A day later and I'm still taken aback by the experience. The strapline 'Just because you're breathing doesn't mean you're alive' is spot on. See the film and be moved. It deserves awards by the bucket load and offers more excitement than any blockbuster ever could.

Get the bus its slowerBy a customer , 25 Sep 2013Watched this film and will walk every where from now on or get the bus. Had to peel my eyes from the TV. The speed is mind blowing. Very sad in places, but watch it anyway....you will never see speed in the same way.......off to the bus stop now.
Hang on to crash hatBy Peril (79 reviews) , 04 Aug 2013Bit biased as have had over 400 bikes so far, and is my thing. Is one of best motorsport films put together. Guy is a real character, and great to film, but is also amazing racer. True enthusiast with total commitment.
incredible speedBy filmamateur (104 reviews) , 28 Jun 2013I am not a biker but loved this documentary , thrilling edge of the seat viewing, needed the subtitles for speedtalker mr guy martin..people from health &safety must be eating their regulation forms, an incredible human madness
Great watch, not just for bikers but anyoneBy ThomasQ (14 reviews) , 23 Apr 2013Guy Martin has become my new hero. I'm not a fan of motorsport yet I found this documentary brilliant and it gave me an appreciation of what people go through at the TT races. This film gives an interesting view of the Isle of man races and some of the camera work is terrifying to watch. The film is very informative with the history of the TT and it is presented very entertainingly but it is when Guy Martin is on screen that the film rises from very good to great. Guy Martin is the star and we follow him in his quest for a win. He is very funny, down to earth and seems oblivious to danger. The film is so well made that I was rooting for him even though I knew I was watching a DVD. I really enjoyed this film even though it hasn't converted me to a superbike fan.
A Reet JobBy Caulfield (3 reviews) , 17 Apr 2013Superb. A captivating portrait of the spirit of the riders- great characters, fantastic cinematography and utterly compelling throughout. Best film I've watched in a long time.
