Purely Excellent!!!
If you have not seen this yet then what are you waiting for!!! I enjoyed this so much I bought it after watching the final episode. The first episode is kind of an intro and you don't think much of it, but after the second episode it starts to get interesting and you just can't stop there!
P.S. I don't often compliment actors, but Dakota Fanning who plays the little girl in the last few episodes is brilliant. -

fabulous!!!!
Having missed this series when it showed on bbc2 and hearing the hype i was dubious about renting the entire collection.
spielberg had a pop at the et thing with the cute little wrinkly alien and i was sure that this would be another soft and smiley take on things.
i was suprised to find a well acted strong story line that had me hooked from the start with the fantastic dakota fanning being a hilight of the series.
you become involved with the charecters and need to know what happens next.
im sure if id had all 6 cds at once i would have done them in 1 sitting!!
well done to mr s for a fabulous trip and i would definately recommend this to sci fi fans and 'normal' people as a not to be missed experience. -
