Why can't I rent this item

I can't understand why I'm unable to reserve this item on Tesco's DVD rental?

Lovely film

This film is very easy going and charming. There are some great characters and wonderful performances, mainly by Imelda Staunton who is just magnificent in this film. It did make me wish I had been born in the 60's. Definitely worth a watch.
