The problem with this film was that it was much the same as the first one. Yet again the cop hating taxi driver effectively saves the day. That said well worth watching for the comedy value. Quite why Hollywood have decided to do a remake is beyond me - this film only works because of its relatively low budget and being in french. Unless the hollywood version will also be subtitled I can only see it being a mass flop.
