Not as good as the others
By a customer from England , 31 Jul 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
The other 2 Taxi films (the french versions, not the appalling US version) were fast paced and witty. This one is more of the same although unfortunately not very funny or fast paced. It deals with the new gang terrorising Marseille on their... rollerblades. Generally pretty bad except for a sweet cameo from Sylvester Stallone. Generally avoid, unless like me you just want to see them all.- Was this review helpful to you?

Speedy Slapstick
By manonfireuk (303 reviews) from Liverpool , 27 Oct 2011The first film in the series was a great action comedy buddy cop movie but they've got sillier and decended more into slapstick as the franchise has continued. It's still an enjoyable film, there is a very funny cameo at the start of the film and a great opening sequence that parodies the Bond movies but it doesn't quite live up to the promise of the first movie.- Was this review helpful to you?

Wow this was poor
By a customer from Brighton , 02 Jun 2010I enjoyed the first two films in this series, but this was dire. The two people I saw it with both agreed it was the worst film they'd ever seen. While I have sat through worse, I'd still say this is a stinker.
The central problem is that the film has no plot as such. There is something about a criminal gang, but it is never really clear what their motives are. The comedy is deeply unfunny, the climax is non-existent. The worst of it is that the series is founded on stunt driving. In this miserable film there are no high speed chase sequences beyond the opening scene. There are some scenes of driving, but they are all conducted at a leisurely pace, meaning there is no excitement.
By far the best thing about the film is that is is mercifully brief. Other than that, there are zero redeeming features. Watch the first one again instead.- Was this review helpful to you?

Enjoy the ride...again!
By LindseyH (1 review) from London , 31 Mar 2010For fans of Taxi 1 and 2 who think the writers may have been forced to scrpae the bottom of the barrel, think again and don't miss this - it's probably the best one yet. Same formula but a laugh a minute from start to finish and just as fresh.- Was this review helpful to you?
