this rating is for Teen wolf the first one with Michael J Fox. It is still hilarious to watch even after 20 years. showed it too my kids and they thought it was ok, but too used to special effects to see how hilarious it is.

  • 5 Stars for Teen Wolf, don't bother with the sequel.

If I was rating this for just Teen Wolf I'd have given it 5 stars, because it's amazing. I saw it at the cinema, and hadn't seen it again until now, but it's still awesome. An 80's classic. If you haven't seen it, then RENT THIS! M J Fox is brilliant as ever.

However, Teen Wolf Too was one of the worst films I've seen in my whole life. Now I know why I didn't see it at the cinema. So awful that I think it made me ill.

Rent this for sure, but send it back without watching the sequel - you'll be a lot happier!

Believe it or not, this was hot stuff when it came out - it is very hard to see the brilliance now - this is now one of those that only hard-core film students watch. When it came out it was brilliant, funny and the special effects were first rate - hard to believe how much film has changed. So, I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for special effects - it should really be re-made because it is a great story, fantastic acting, it's just a very 1980's funny-horror. Defo watch it if you like that kind of era film-making
