This sequel is less abrasive than its predecessor and was considerably less successful at the box office. Seeking once more to stamp out the Foot clan, the turtles team up with reporter Paige Turco and gormless delivery boy Ernie Reyes Jr. The human characters (even scientist David Warner) are pretty pointless, but this is all about the latex quartet and monsters like Rahzar and Tokka. And if you didn't know, Ooze is the nasty stuff that caused our heroes to live underground, shout cowabunga and gorge themselves on bizarre flavoured pizzas in the first place.
A tame sequel, seemingly aimed at the young audience that watches the anodyne animated TV cartoon versions of the four sewer-dwelling heroes.
I remember going to watch this film about 5 times at the cinema when I was a kid with my dad. For me the best of the 3 movies. The acting is alful but is just so funny. I thought this film was really cool when I was 8 years old but now I'm 22 it seems even better.
VANILLA ICE RULES. SHOULD BE IN EVERYONES DVD LIBRARY.
