Strictly for fans of the game, but not as pitifully bad as you'd expectBy reincarnationfish (20 reviews) from Leeds , 13 Aug 2010

[Highly rated reviewer]I thought I'd add a review from someone who's actually seen it.
If you're expecting this movie to be good, you're going to be let down. But let's face it, you're expecting this movie to be bad and it's probably not quite as bad as you'd expect.
Fight scenes are pretty good in places, so good work on getting the most important thing right. There's plenty of signature moves on display, though some characters do better than others for this. The costumes are pretty accurate too, although some of them could have done with some toning down (Heihatchi's hair, Christie's bum cleavage).
I'd have liked to have seen a few less New School characters. Paul Phoenix is notably absent, Jack too. And why did they put Martial Law in it when we all know he *IS* Bruce Lee?
As for the plot, I really don't remember there being one.

Seen Better Cosplay!!By NeuroDougal (2 reviews) , 20 Jun 2013If you're not a tekken fan, do not watch. Film is poor all round. If you are a fan, don't watch. Lack of the devil gene makes this an entirely pointless affair. I expected it to be an average film, I didn't expect them to miss the mark as much as they did. Such a disappointment.
A definite film for a lover of the Tekken gamesBy kb206gti (13 reviews) , 11 Jun 2013A definite film for a lover of the Tekken games, so I really enjoyed it. You'll have seen lots of films that have the same story-line & plot, but I must say this was done exceptionally well. The film plays out as a science fiction story set in the near future, about a rebel who rises up against the Tekken Corporation to seize freedom for his people. It's a gladiator story, but the video game has a complicated enough story-line that it provides a great template for a martial arts film. Well worth a watch!
amazing filmBy a customer , 09 Jun 2013one of my favorite films, very good, reminds me so much of the game, its a must see film, you wont be dissapointed
alittle kickBy maxsmelly (4 reviews) , 02 Jun 2013i enjoyed it alot/ a good feel film/ lots of amazing action, i have only seen alittle of an anime tekken so it was great to see what could be done with real people, you also liked the characters which was important.
Worth 5 starsBy Coleistheman (8 reviews) , 29 May 2013This film deserves a 5 star. I mean if your into films like this then it is very well made with a good story line. I hate it when people say that it has been done before and bla bla bla . Why not take a look back at how long films have been on our screens from the big screen to now our big screens, what I am saying is that you wont find a film out there with nothing that has been done!!! of course everything has been done. All I ask viewers is to watch it knowing that this is Tekken and you know what to expect. You will be surprised as I was. The fight scenes are great. And the ladies are tough and hot Jin is played perfectly and that is why this deserves a 5 star. Remember watch with an open mind of the Tekken tale x
