A nail-biting psychological thriller, that never lets you go. Set in New York State, the story centres on juvenile murderer, Eric Poole, who at 18, is released from jail having served his sentence for the murder of a young girl. Russell Crowe plays the hard-bitten detective who put him away and who is sure that Poole is a potential serial killer who will re-offend. He makes it his mission to keep Poole under surveillance as he sets off on a seemingly innocent road trip up-state. But all is not as it seems as Poole soon finds himself on the run with a young girl who has become obsessed with him and may or may not have been witness to the first murder.

Waste Of Time !!

Despite a reasonable cast this is a complete waste of time. The idea is interesting but doesnt develop. Better of spending 90 mins in your garden !! Why not try some DIY !! Give this a BIG MISS !!

Great for Insomniacs...

Was this a good film? I've no idea. It bored me so much I fell asleep after the first 20 minutes and woke up just in time for the last 10 minutes. Utter pants.

the trailer looked very good, it wasnt what we expected at all! the story line was boring, boring ending, they could have made this film a lot better.

No Nail biting for me, was run of the mill ok!

Acting was really great in the psychological thriller, wouldn't say it was nail biting at all. Never left me thinking 'Wow that was a great thriller' I seen better but I saw it to the end with a little loss of interest and enjoyed the ending. Main female actor was annoying but found that her purpose to Eric Poole (murderer) was to help him and to do to that she gave her life for him to see that he does care for people and to show the hard hitting detective that he isn't the murderer he thinks him to be. Sometimes in life you have to watch movies through to know if you really enjoyed them!!

I wouldn't recommend this movie. it was advertised as a nail biting psychological thriller, which it definetly wasn't so that's why I'm scoring it only 1/2 star!

Rooooobish non thriller

This is possibly one of the worst movies i have ever watched.

Russell Crowe is wasted in this film.

This is definitely not a thriller.
