Unbelievable!By a customer from middx , 14 Aug 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]Please note that any of the 3 discs can be sent randomly ,so they tell me. They sent me the 3rd Disc first. Didnt watch it obviously sent it right back. They say you have to choose each one at a time if you want it in sequence.

Loved itBy Dean4hull (92 reviews) from Hull , 25 Sep 2009You'll have to be an original terminator fan to enjoy this series otherwise you might not understand or want to understand what this series is about. Made for television, it stilll has some very good special effects and you can easily tag the series on to the original films if you've watched them. I would have loved the original Sarah Connor to star in this film but I imagine she's about 107 now
brillBy WIGGER2K (2 reviews) from Accrington , 24 Sep 2009Great show , great story , worth a rent anyday of the week.
The Sarah Connor ChroniclesBy fatf1ng3rs (2 reviews) from Hove , 21 Sep 2009One of my favourire films of all time is the original Teminator it had pace, action and an amazing concept, it had guns and explosions and car chases and 'I'll be back' as one helluva memorable punchline....
If you are looking for something similair I would advise nay order you NOT to get this poor, shoddy poorly acted badly scripted absolute sweat off my genitals of a series!!
It lacks everything of any interest to anyone who enjoyed the first film, in fact the terminator films sadly trailed off towards the end and these chronicles just follow those train tracks to the eventual train wreck.
'I'll be back' could be changed to 'It is slack' this kinda sums it up folks ...
PS I want those hours back..
Sarah ConnorBy solstice (3 reviews) from Ramsgate , 14 Jul 2009If you liked Terminator, like escapism, like different time zones, and like Sarah Connor then watch it! Loved it myself.
DeceptiveBy a customer from Seaview , 06 Jul 2009Don't be put off by the title or even the pilot episode. This first series is a finely crafted piece of 'television' and more of a sensitive and serious exploration of teenage angst and parental responsibility than the typical sci-fi shock fest you might have expected.
Marred only by its relatively short length (9 episodes), a slightly unnecessary explosive pilot - but don't let that put you off - and also a rather 'terminal' end - which left me checking the box for another disc.
The acting, direction, sound and dialog are all excellent and the story is nicely paced in each episode and across the series - once the pilot finishes. There's a lovely and thought-provoking relationship between mother (Sarah), son (John) and his gorgeously geeky Terminator which drives the whole series.
As a big fan of the original Terminator and, to a lesser extent Terminator 2, movies, I often felt like I was being pulled in and exposed to real but more glamorous flashbacks from the actual movies. Quite fantastic really.
Those looking for more action will almost definitely be disappointed but anyone looking for high-quality story-telling, direction and acting over a good nine hours of 'television' should really enjoy this.
I watched (bought) the series on BluRay too. It looks fantastic on that. Without the relative disappointments already mentioned I wouldn't hesitate to rate this five stars.
PS I'll almost definitely buy Series 2 on BluRay too. Got to wait until September for that though.
