    Best environmental film in decades

Hands down the best environmental film I've seen. DiCaprio does a stellar job of covering a huge range of topics (the only one missing in my opinion is a discussion on nuclear power). Manages to convey the urgency facing us while offering some truly inspirational ways of looking at our current situation. If I could make films and I did a documentary on the planet and our current situation, this is probably what I'd like it to turn out like.

Edit, 18 Oct, 2008: I find the review below titled 'Utter Rubbish' puzzling, and especially so that 5 people have found it helpful. The reviewer says 'Di Caprio is rubbish - he has clearly been hired to front this, is in it for about 15 mins max and has no interest or insight into his subject matter whatsoever.' Doesn't the reviewer realise that DiCaprio is not just the narrator but one of three who wrote the film?

    11th hour

More trying to make us feel guilty about living, no doubt we pollute the planet badly and kill other species cutting down forrests etc and we do need to change our ways but i cant understand this co2 nonsence. Maybe we're not the only planet in the universe experiencing climate change, maybe our everchanging position in the universe and position in realation to the sun plays a part, i know that sounds daft but there's signs of it and i dont think its little green men in suv ufo's polluting thats doing it. Its just the latest scam to tax us all more and more.We never got over the mini ice age by pumping co2 into the air the planet warmed up of its own accord. There isn't a scrap of evidence co2 is to blame. My understanding is the sea produces far more co2 the humans do. More co2 to an extent make plants etc grow faster and bigger and needing even more co2 to breathe.

I dont think Leonardo Di caprio and co know the exact causes either so i dont know why the think they can tell us
